Reservations / payments
Reservations: payment in advance is necessary.
Payments:
For reservations up to 2 weeks before journey 100% of the total price.
For reservations more than 3 weeks before journey 30% of the total price.
The remainder of the price must be paid 2 weeks before journey.
Cancelations:
For the cancellation rights ask the hotel for the declaration of withdrawal (by E-Mail or by fax).
Cancellation costs:
up to 22 days before date booked 10% of the booked price.
20 to 14 days before date booked 30% of the booked price.
13 to 7 days before date booked 40% of the booked price.
6 to 0 days before date booked 50% of the booked price.
After payment a receipt and confirmation for your reservation is sent to you via E-mail.
Attention please: immediately after your money deposit, notify us by E-Mail.
