Accommodation is located at about 200m from the beach and about 240m from the nearest market. Tucked away in a spacious yard, full of greenery, flowers and natural shade, can be a good choice for families .
Evristhenis House consists of a ground floor building and a 2-storey building. The ground-floor facility has seven triple deluxe studios (23m2), while in the 2-storey building there are four four-bed duplex apartments (52m2) (apartment type B).
First building – House Evristhenis 1 (type B)
Two four-bed apartments are on the first floor, and two on the second floor. Each apartment has a double bed in one bedroom, in the other bedroom are two single beds, the kitchen and the dining room are separated. All apartments have two balconies and garden view.

Deluxe Studios (Type A)
5 deluxe studios each for 2 adults and 1 child (23 sqm + balcony 8 sqm): These Five tastefully furnished deluxe studios are new and have every comfort that you need. They are eqipped with a double bed, a single bed , a well equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower / WC and a balcony with garden furniture and garden view.
Katerina Studio
1 deluxe studio for 2 adults + 1 child (23 m2 + balcony 8 m2): The new and beautifully decorated Studio offers all comforts, a double bed, a sofa bed in the bedroom and a separate well-equipped large kitchen , bathroom with shower / toilet and balcony with garden furniture and garden view.
Superior Studio (type A1)
1 superior studio for 2 adults + 1 child (23 m2 + balcony 8 m2): The new and beautifully decorated Studio offers all comforts, a double bed, a sofa bed in the bedroom and a separate well-equipped kitchen , bathroom with shower / toilet and balcony with garden furniture and street view.
All accommodation units are air conditioned, have TV and internet. On the balconies there are either awnings or parasols. Kitchen in studios have small fridges and have a two hot plates, while the apartments have large refrigerators and a mini-stove. Bathrooms feature cabin sh0wers, and guests have a hairdryer. There is a shared washing machine, which you can use with the owner.
Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is done every four day.
The courtyard is well maintained, the lawn is ideal for playing. There is a small playground for children, and there are also sets for sitting and relaxing. Shared kitchen and barbecue are also available to guests.
Covered parking is provided for all guests.
It’s suitable for families with children or couples looking for a peaceful holiday, not far from the beach, taverns and bars, yet without noise.
